Terms Of Service
By signing up to Click4Hitz.com you are agreeing that you will abide by the terms stated in this agreement. Click4Hitz.com reserves the right to modify this agreement without prior notification to its members.
You agree that you are the legal age in your state and/or country for submitting a contract. You agree that the information that you submit to Click4Hitz.com is valid. You must have a good understanding of the English language.
We do not accept URLs that have illegal or adult content. We only accept sites that are written in English. We do not accept sites that have Javascript alerts or breaks out of frames. Your site can not have any popups, popunders, rotators, redirects or exit windows. We reserve the right to terminate any sites that do not meet our criteria.
We will not tolerate the use of SPAM as a method of promoting your Click4Hitz.com referral links. We define SPAM as the sending of any unsolicited commercialised messages. All members found SPAMMING will have their membership terminated and will not be eligible to join Click4Hitz.com in the future.
You may not attempt to cheat our system in any way. If you want to use our promotional banners for your website you must upload them to your server.
All personal information is stored in the Click4Hitz.com database and will not be sold or given away to third parties. You give Click4Hitz.com permission to send you occasional updates and promotions by email. If you would like to opt out of any mailings, you may do so by sending an email that includes your click4hitz username to: admin@click4hitz.com. Doing so will also remove all your account information including your credits and all downlines.
If you do not agree with the above terms then you may not join Click4Hitz.com. If a member violates the above terms their membership will be terminated.
